Privacy Policy

The Italian Collection Just T.I.C. does not market any of your personal information. We consider financial transactions and communication highly confidential.

Concerning electronic communications, when you visit T.I.C. or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by e-mail or by posting updated policies. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

Returns and Refunds Policy

DOMESTIC

We understand that, sometimes, a purchase cannot be kept for a number of reasons. In this case, any unwashed, unworn product purchased from The Italian Collection Just T.I.C. may be returned up to 30 days from the original purchase date. The shipment of any returned product remains the responsibility of the shipper.

Concerning T.I.C.’s collectible fine art jewellery returns policy, we provide the following guidelines based on value and size:

• Fine Art Jewellery items with a value of $75.00 or more must be returned using a traceable shipping method.
• Fine Art Jewellery valued at more than $500.00 must be insured.
• Fine Art Jewellery that has been resized, damaged or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return. All items must be returned in new, unworn condition, and will undergo quality checks.

As an operation that values quality above all, we like to know when an item is being returned. Therefore, to initiate a return of an item we kindly ask that you contact us at email@theitaliancollection.com advising of the return. T.I.C. does not take title to returned items until they arrive at our fulfillment centre at 776 N Hametown Road, Akron OH 44333-1422 USA. Once quality control examines the returned item and finds it undamaged T.I.C. will initiate a credit less the bank service fees.

INTERNATIONAL

Any unwashed, unworn product purchased from The Italian Collection Just T.I.C.  may be returned up to 30 days from the original purchase date.

The standard shipment of any returned product remains the responsibility of the shipper. All import duties and taxes imposed upon re-entry into the United States will remain the responsibility of the shipper.

Worldwide Delivery

FOR US-BASED CLIENTS:

• The Italian Collection Just T.I.C is a purveyor of goods Made-in-Italy. All goods shipped from Italy use courier services with tracking numbers and delivery guarantees.
• From time of order  custom-made products will take between three and four weeks.
• All orders are inclusive of import duties, taxes, shipping and handling.

FOR NON-US BASED CLIENTS:

• The Italian Collection LLC based in the United States ships all over the world. US Customs requires that T.I.C. declare the true value of the goods purchased. It is illegal to declare lower values or state that the item is a gift.
• The Italian Collection T.I.C.  offers clients residing overseas the most competitive Standard/Flat Rate of US$60.00 irrespective of weight or number of items purchased.
• From time of order all custom-made products will take between three and four weeks.
• All import duties and taxes shall be borne by the recipient.
